Health Certificates
Meadowmont Animal Hospital is now offering health certificates for both domestic and international travel with your pets. Traveling internationally with your pets can take time to meet all the requirements. To help us better determine your specific needs first complete the following form.
The USDA Aphis Travel page also has general steps protocol to help you know what to expect.
Once we have the checklist form we can start scheduling the appropriate testing. Some testing can take weeks to months so we want to make sure you plan appropriately.
The turnaround time from once we submit the completed health certificate to the USDA can take up to 3 days.
